Approve a request

Some guy sent a request to rent my room for some days, and those days are available in my calender. But the "pre-approve" option is not active for me and the mentioned message is : 

 "These dates are currently unavailable—either let this guest know or update your calendar"

However, I checked and got update the calender many times but It shows again the above message!!! What can I do? Does anybody the same exprience?

Contact Airbnb on twitter or Facebook. That seems to be the only way to escalate these sort of issues.

looks like you have bookings possible through August 30. after that, everything is blocked. Did that guest perhaps look at September, when everything looks blocked?

Perhaps your setting is on  "dates unavailable by default" ? 

Go into your calendar >>  availability settings >>  booking window, and make sure the settting is on 3 months or longer.

It also looks like you got instant booking on. Did you perhaps cancel a booking you had and then the calendar got automatically blocked because you did that?

@Amir8 Also make sure that your Minimum Stay settings aren't interfering with the requested dates. For example, if the person is asking about 2 nights during a period when you have a 3-night minimum.
