Are Airbnb hosts allowed to also rent their units privately when listed with on Airbnb's site ?

@Bryan138 You can list your property on other listing sites or your own website for a private listing. You can not take an inquiry from AirBnB and book it privately though, it must be booked through AirBnB.

It is a nice business friendly feature of Airbnb. Our relationship with them is voluntary.

We can rent with them, by ourselves or with another company.

Our business relationship with Airbnb is not exclusive

It's fine to host on other sites and have private arrangements, as long as you either sync calendars or update your calendar so that you don't get double booked. Happy hosting!
