It's not clear from the information you provide....
However, if your company requires you to be in a specific location on an adhoc basis and you claim expenses then it is not a benefit in kind.
If you have (in effect) relocated a few days a week to work - but not at the company's request - and they are not paying, then if you have a limited company where you invoice them, you can claim it as an expense on your annual company return.
So it really depends on what the agreement with the company is: you say they pay direct for the accommodation, is this part of your written contract?
