Super host & Cancellation

Hello, when I started to be a host I had to cancel the first reservation because the apartment wasn't ready yet, but I don't remember where exactly I read that if it's the first time when you cancel, you don't have to pay those 50euro and I think that won't influence the super host status. Now, I can't be a super host because of that cancel. It can be a bug or I just can't be a super host? Honestly I don't know how to reach the Airbnb staff, I would like to talk with someone about this.
