Be careful of fake hosts!

I have hosted flat for 24/03 and i made a call to owner. She return me that now my home is not free, and anyway i havn't any cash, anyone who host my home should pay me by hand. Please, ask from @Airbnb2  to give back your payment. Could you help me? What i should to do in such situation?
