Hello Everyone
I ve been Superhost for the past 4+ years and never had an issue like that before.
every summer I put on the platform new listings and Relist older listings for multiple appartments that we seasonally manage.
In april i tried to Relist my older listings but the app would give me an error message.
"there was an error Relisting"
and for 1 appartment we added to our management list I added a new listing the app requested that they send me a Verification code which takes about 5 days to arrive in the mail.
once I was able to put it on
"Not able to publish listing at this time"
please Advise
no one at costumer service was able to answer it's been like this for almost 2 months.
please Help
This is strange. At first, I thought you, as a host, are delisted but I see you have 2 active listings so it couldn't be a reason.
Try to use a different browser or if you used the mobile application then try PC
I get verification codes via SMS in a second or two, try this instead of email.
tried That
verification not for phone
when you create a new listing now the app to verify the adress will send you a code in the.mail box to comfirm the address.
“An OTA integrates itself to a channel manager through an API(Application programming interface) through which it helps to update prices and inventories in real time.”
This is a definition taken from the Internet. The system feeds your property info to Airbnb or any ATO you connect with and Airbnb or other ATO sends info to the system re bookings via the API - in a nutshell.
You do everything on this system rather than through your listing. I just thought your problem may be may be related to your connection.
If this carries on much much longer do you have another team member who has or could start a profile and list your places there? You can put a link to your profile page (the pro page or whatever it’s called - it is the only link you can use on a profile that will not be hidden) so guests can see previous reviews and perhaps you could be a co-host.
If it is a partner account you could possibly change it to both names and share a password until you get this sorted out if they were agreeable.
The other way around it would be to create another profile for yourself but you will never get any reviews moved to the original profile. Would be a way to get your listings visible in any case - 2 months is a long time to not be bookable ! Lisa
Thank You Lisa for.your detailed reply.
someone from our team had been trying to turn on new listing as well.and.yet she gets the same messages .
we can t really.afford to loose our Reviews and.superhost status..pictures made by airbnb photographers. And wonder how everytime I.call vostumer service they tell me account is fine they would escalate to.a manager and promised I would receive a call in few hours.
