Can you please waive the cancellation penalty?

Hi there, due to the City Of Markham does not allow me to continue the service in 8 Canadiana Dr, I have to canceled two booking, one of which charges me $100 usd dollar. This is a leagle issue so I just ask you for your help to waive the penalty. Thank you so much.
