Collecting taxes in NH

Upon Whose Land We Live! Inspired by the generosity of Airbnb regarding the NH rooms and meals tax coverage, I propose a 9% tax, payable to, in my place, the Abenakis (or any Indigenous/Native People/Tribe, the true "Owners" of the Land). A volunteer tax is this? How do other people feel about this "reaching out"?

My listing: Tamarack Lodge Rental/CrossRoads of the World, happens to situate on sacred Abenaki Land, that would include the remnants of The Totem Tree, the last trace of that advanced race. Absolve our sins/exculpate ourselves with a 9% RENT/TAX payable to the Abenakis!
