Confused about pricing

Hi

I have a 9 bedroom house in Dorset that I rent out as a whole ie not room by room. I have no idea how to list the pricing as prices differ dependent on length of stay and time of year. For example, on weekends I cannot offer a one night stay but a minimum of 3 nights. How do I list the pricing or is it that Air BnB is not the best place for a property such as this?

Any advice really appreciated.

There are several ways to set different prices for specific periods or dates. Or different lenght of stays.

If you have the multicalender available, you can use ruelsets. Otherways you need to set cutom rules in menu "availibity" section "trip lenght", item "Add a custom rule for seasons or specific dates"

or

menu "pricing", section "lenght of stay discounts". Or code you specific prices directly into the calender.
