Data protection

Hi,  I have been hosting our annex on AirBnB for 5 years in the UK with no problems.  I recently received a letter from ico. saying they think I should be paying data protection fee yearly.  I don't hold any other personal information other than name and number of guests. AirBnB hold the rest.  The only time I ask for an address is if I have to post any left articles, I then destroy the details. Have any other UK hosts had a similar letter?  Do any of you pay the £40 to £60 per year they are asking for?   I'm wondering if it's a scam.....

Thanks
