Any other Daytona Beach Shores hosts out there??

Just curious if you've had any issues listing your home in DSB.  I've listed mine and my lot is zoned RSF-2.  So far no issues but I've heard a lot of conflicting information from other hosts, volusia county website, etc. 

I have filed with the FL Dept of Rev so that I can remit the 6% Volusia sales tax directly to them every month.  Of course if I'm not allowed to airbnb in DBS won't they receive my taxes and immediately shut me down?

Shame Volusia is so antagonistic to their own homeowners. Everything is way smoother in St Pete where my other home is.
