Hi , I want to cancel the guests for tomorrow reservation , because our room policy is 7guests for maximum, but they have 9guests instead. So I want to cancel it without any penalty

@Hwee1 You will need to call Airbnb and explain the sitution to them, and ask them to cancel without penalty because the guest is intending to break your rules. The numbers in Malaysia are listed as:
