I have 2 accounts as I am managing a property in Brail and in Amsterdam.
The last 2 days I was in Spain for holiday and I tried to log in and you disabled my account. Airbnb asks me to contact them through account.inquiry@airbnb.com and I did but still, I did not get any reply.
I had exactly the same experience as I had the same email address attached to both accounts the wrong account was deleted. The two bookings I had were cancelled and refunded automatically without any warnings. I've now gone in and rebooked them with my other account but I had to pay extra to rebook one of them.
I also lost my booking history which is handy to have if you ever want to go back.
Is there no way to reinstate cancelled accounts / canclled reservations if both parties agree?
