I am Yukie, The owner of Villa Yukie Senggigi. Joe's late instant book reservation came in overnight but so did another booking from another OTA an hour or so before Joes booking. We don't check bookings at night only during business hours and under the circumstances I must give the room to the first (in time) booker. I immediately advises Joe of the situation. I would like you to give Joe a complete refund.

@Adrian70, if your accommodation can be booked by more than one booking site then it is critical that you have Instant Booking switched off. We learned that lesson the hard way and lost superhost status for a year
