I try for weeks to contact airbnb with no luck. The website is really weird. I try to remove an account and it won't let me do it. Do they have anyone working on their website? Can anybody answer the questions? Thank you

Thank you for passing the link. Don't know why, on certain area of airbnb's website. I can't access some area of the airbnb's website to change the setting. In payout methods, I have a bank account for a payout as the default account. It won't let me in the status, then option tab where I can get in and cancel the my account. It only allows me to add new accounts. Like I said before, certain area of airbnb website sometimes is just locked up. That's why it took me 6 weeks to get my house listed on the airbnb. I try around 30 times where it took finally where I click to list my house. It finally listed, I didn't do anything different then all other times. But that day, the house was listed. Thank you again for your help!
This is a forum for hosts to help other hosts - Airbnb does not monitor it and will not contact you from here. You will need to call them directly. A simple Google search will return the number.

@Ellen67 Ellen here are all the many ways to Contact Airbnb, people say twitter gets the quickest response.
