Extemely bad customer service

Contact airbnb 3 times by phone today for help with the new site and get hung up on 3 times.

At 12:57 contact customer service through help chat and get Kevin. I will have support staff contact you shortly.

It's now almost 4pm with no phone call, no type of response at all

 

 

I have 3 airbnb accounts, do well over 500k a year with them and they have no time for me but love the money$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I bring in.

 

AIRBNB You need an Overhaul!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do try contacting  Airbnb Via Twitter or other social media.

 

Step 1: Log into Twitter

Step 2: Search for @Airbnbhelp and choose "Follow" them

Step 3: Send a Direct Message (DM) explaining your issue and wait for their response.  They may ask for information such as your listing but always provide it over DM so it is not public.
