Finding a person to manage my listing in San Francisco

Hi!

I live in FL but own a home in San Francisco.  The upstairs flat is vacant.  Because of restrictive rent control laws, I would prefer to set it up as an AirBnB.  The flat is a 2 BR/1 BA with living room, dining room and kitchen plus garage parking.  How can I find a person to manage the listing?  Also should mention that vacant means no furniture so would need the person to decorate:  shop for 2nd hand furniture, inexpensive furnishings, that would stand up to frequent use, etc.
