First ever hosting booking for 30 nights and when will payment be available?

I have my first ever booking on Sunday, the guest is booked in for 30 nights.

When will I recieve the payment?

How much are the Paypal fees?

Am i able to withdraw funds straight away or does Paypal hold the money for a period of time?

Hi Lia

That sounds like a great booking!  If you go to Host --> Transactions --> Future Transactions --> View Status it will tell you when payment will be released.

We had a 30-day booking a few month ago - part of the travel was in 1 month and part in the other month - and the payment was split over two months - the first was 1 day after arrival and the second was 1 day into the next month.

Paypal fess should be listed on their website - depending on your account type with them.  You can withdraw immediately.

It' great to see that you're hosting your very first guest it must be very exciting! @Sue-and-Andrew0 have given an excellent answer which I hope is useful for you.
