Got a message I cancelled my upcoming trip on 9/30

But i haven't cancelled.

 

and trip still shows on my itinerary.

 

Host is confused. Not sure what's going on

It says travelers but is mainly a place for hosts to give advice to travelers and to  other hosts about traveling/travelers.  To resolve your problem, call AirBnb.  Their phone numbers are listed in the forums on many threads under Contact Airbnb.  Mike's contact information postings are particularly helpful.

Just make sure the host is aware your coming and still has you on his itinerary. Some times there are slight program glitches. No worries it should be fine. Don't work for Airbnb, I'm a host and work in IT. Should be fine. If the issue persist and the host doesn't get the pay out then the host will have to call Airbnb as the issue may not only be happening to you. Good luck!
