Guest Reviews

My guest wants to change their review.  How do they do that if both review have now been written?

It is not possible to change a review once it is written and published.  

what if you contact airbnb directly as they have made a mistake?

Sorry to labour the point, but if the guest really feels like they have rated you incorrectly and wants to make a change, surely that is their prerogative? Everyone is human and this needs to be addressed by airbnb.  Are you absolutely sure this is a certainty?

 

I have given the guest airbnb details to contact them directly and argue this matter.

Ps I would appreciate a referral to discuss this matter directly with airbnb themselves based on this thread.

No, ABB is hard line on that. No change.

This is a host community forum and I'm a host like many others answering all kinds of questions and not ABB.

Like "How to contact ABB?" is posted about 15 times a day. Just go back on these pages or type it in the search box or google contact airbnb uk.

I have a UK telephone for them so no worries there.  its easy to get from google.  I prefer putting things in writing which is impossible with airbnb.

 

I will have to find away to make another formal complaint in that case.  They are adding up!  Hopefully another company will take them on so they don't have a monopoly on the market anymore.  That will help morderate their poor attitude towards customer service.
