Guest Not Arrived

I had a reservation. The guest has not arrived at the cottage. However I get a call from her saying that they have a problem at the airport due to a visa problem. How do I inform Airbnb about it ???

Call them directly or leave them a message on the facebook official page, they will take care from there.
