I would like to set up Standby Pricing for guests booking within 3 days of arrival. I thought I saw somewhere that this is possible but I can't find the option in my pricing options.

Hello! I have set price 17 EUR for 1 guest for all days, 20 EUR for 1 guest for weekends, and 17 EUR for every additional guest. But the price shown in calendar and on listing is different. What can be the problem?Thank you!

I'm having trouble I just saw my response rate went 97%. I responded to all my messages. If ever how does Airbnb calculate reponse rate? Can you go back to 100% reponse rate again if ever your rate drops? Thanks!
