Hello i wonder if i can get help ! i received a review on my apartment , however a negative review was left not about the apartment but about a reception area in a bar and restaurant attatched , that is unrelated to my apartment . Is there anything i can do , especially has i really bent over backwards for this client who turned up with 1 person on the booking , in a apartment that sleeps two , with three people .and then a negative about no aircon , when its clearly advertised with no aircon. thanks

You could write a response where you mention that they were talking about the reception area and not the apartment. Just be restrained in the response as it sits on your page forever and an irate host is never a good look.

@Charl1, you should contact AirBnB and explain the situation. I believe they're willing to remove or adjust a review if it's not about the actual listing.
