Hello i wonder if i can get help ! i received a review on my apartment , however a negative review was left not about the apartment but about a reception area in a bar and restaurant attatched , that is unrelated to my apartment . Is there anything i can do , especially has i really bent over backwards for this client who turned up with 1 person on the booking , in a apartment that sleeps two , with three people .and then a negative about no aircon , when its clearly advertised with no aircon. thanks
