Guest arriving 14 hrs before check-in

Hey guys!

I have a guest that booked Oct 11th to Oct 14th so 3 nights. My check-in time is anytime after 3 p.m. but she sent me a message that her plane arrives tonight at 11:13 pm and she should be here about 12:30 am!   So she wants to check-in over 14 hours early!  

I sent her a message confirming that she indeed was checking in 14 hrs early and have had no response.  It's been almost 4 hours since I sent her the message. 

Anyone had an issue like this?  I also have 2 other guest checking in today and worry about her making a lot of noise and bothering other guest at almost 1:00 am.

Ideas are very much appreciated!

She needs to book the 10th of october also. Change the reservation (adding 1 night with option "change") if you have the accommodation ready for her, otherwise sent her a message she is welcome after 3pm on 11 oktober.

Keep in mind that payments processed within 24 hours of arrival are rife with problems
