Guest communication

We are new hosts and had a text thread through aribnb with a guest and we noticed that two potential guests were on this same thread. This makes us nervous and not sure why that would be happening. All other guest communications we've had have been one on one. Should we be wary of this situation?

Once someone books your listing give him/her a phone call. I noticed when there is a vocal communication both parties are more assured and calm.
