Help Figuring Co-Host Earnings...

Hi

I need to find out what is the appropriate fee/payment to be paid to a co-host with the following all apply:

1. Setup and market the website

2. Even though co-host the BnB is in their name hence they pay the taxes

3. They set up and implement the full social media marketing campaign

4. Book reservations, confirm them and follow up after

5. Designs YouTub video slide show

6. Meets the guest unpon arrival

7. Cleans the room(s) both daily and before a new guest

8. Plans the morning breakfast, shops for it and prepares it

9. Responsible to making sure the rest of the home and bathrooms are clean and ready for guests

10. Available for guests to contact anytime via phone or text if needed.

....What are your thoughts and input on the above and an approptiate pay/percentage for renting out two rooms.  Also they have their own room there and is paying $900/mo rent.

I have been trying to but there doesn't seem to be an easy way of doing this.  Hense, my posting as I am wanting to start offering services to promote other properties. Any info on where I can obtain this information or if anyone is currently using a co-host and/or what the above would be if it were there property I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
