Guest has booked at less than half price bug?

How do I solve when some bug in the system has let a guest book a whole month for less than half the normal price? 

The booking seem to confirm itself

@J198 you have 30% monthly discount set up. You need to remove that if you want your price to be the same. And the guest had probably all the requirements you have set up for IB and that is why the reservation was confirmed.

I am ok with the 30% discount but the discount got to be about 60% for some reason. Bug?

@J198 I don't think it is a bug. Have you possibly set up custom weekly or monthly prices? When I select a whole month only 30% discount applies. Maybe you had 20% discount for the fist 3 bookings? I don't see reviews so I am guessing you are new.

I had 20% off the first three bookings but this is not one of them.

Do you know if I can adjust high and low season somewhere?

Maybee that can bee an issue?
