I would appreciate help. On 29 May, I got an automated message from AirBNB cancelling a booking made and paid for in February.
As of today, 13 June, I have not yet received the refund of $512 AirBNB said they would provide. That does not sound bad but when I wanted to check on my member site, my trips only list bookings that are still valid but the cancelled booking has been taken off my trips, so I cannot request the refund. Nor is there a way to contact AirBNB - which I find quite distressing. How can there be no one to help or answer queries?
Booking number is ** for a booking in Amsterdam.
