Refunding

My reservation did not push thru due to ID verification. Airbnb emailed me that they refunded my reservation fee of PHP12411. but its been 6 days since they emailed me and the fee still hasnt been credited to my account. Does airbnb to bank to bank transactions? How many days will it take to reflect in my account? btw, i used Debit Card as payment.
