Sorry, but your question it not entirely clear to me.
It could mean, these guests have issues paying the associated or outstanding amount.
It happened a couple of times to me before. And in these cases, the guests had about 24 hours to settle the payment. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled automatically.
Nowadays there is also Split Payment. And it seems guests have 72 hours as of about a week to arrival, to pay the second half of the amount (Although it also seems, the host is not made aware of this).
