Hospitality taxes on Broward County Florida

Airbnb is advising that they will now add hospitality tax to travellers.  I want to be sure this means

I can reduce the tax from my nightly rate.  There are two taxes, sales tax and hospitality tax, should

I deduct both or just the hospitality?

Thinking about renting out a studio in Broward County, Lauderdale by the Sea.

Does anyone know IF there are any restrictions or any info about listing a property

in this area?
