Hosting!! struck in finish your listing

I created my property and all set. However, the listing is in the status of "Finish your listing". When i click - it is asking for option to select the Payout with the list of address (btw, everytime the list of address grows and there is no indication about the already configured list or approved payment method or etc). 

I select one and complete all the pay out method. I never received any email. 

I changed another payout method, since there is no way to see the status of the payout method. But still no email or confirmation or whatsoever. 

My account details and all the information are correct.  Only thing i notice was that the Bank name is not listed in the list and i select 'Others" and manually key in the bank name. 

This is frustrating. BTW, my property is in India and is there any way to reach out the call center number to find out the status for the same. 

For your kind information, i tried last year, same issues happen and i finally gave up listing it on AirBnB. Now, i thought of giving a try and looks like something wrong fundatmentally here.
