How can I get my listing to show up in a nearby suburb search?

I'm experiencing the same problem with my listing. I can accomondate 3 guests, yet Airbnb is showing high priced listings! I am getting upset at this situation and wonder if any other people have gone to other venues to list their space?

Can someone answer this please?
