I don't think anyone can contact customer support directly. The website just loops you back to the same (short) list of questions and FAQS. Then, if you have a problem, even if it has been created by a flaw in THEIR software or or a negative ramification from a "not yet perfected" policy of theirs. You look like a fool to the guests, and get threatened with losing your status as a host by the same folks who don't give you any helpline or a support center with actual human support. Starting to get really frustrated. Thanks Airbnb!
