How long does it usually take for support to help?

Hello everyone! I am an experience host with 130+ reviews.

I made my report to Airbnb support about some strange deductions from my account around a week ago and they are still silent! Is it normal? How does usually it takes for the answer?

Support regarding payouts always take long, as they have to forward it to there financial department. I myself experienced such a issue was resolved in 6 months....
