Thank you.

Send your listing URL and I'll try to see it. It's likely it might be buried way back in the search results.

If that's the case, if you send your listing, I'll take a look and give you some pointers. I created a website to do just this, www.AnalyzeMyAirbnb.com. Essentially, it's SEO for Airbnb search results. As a prior employee and Airbnb property manager, I've been able to really grasp why some listings are high and others not. Feel free to order the full service there (full refund if you're not totally happy) or send URL for a free short analysis here.

I see the problem. Your area is intensively competitive. I did a search in an incognito window and there were 300+ available private room airbnb's for 2 guests in your area after I zoomed in the map. Here are some of the things I would do for your listing if you wanted my analysis:

- Identify your best cover photo to catch potential guests eyes (photos are the most important aspect of your listing)

- Change your title to be more catchy and communicate relevant info prior to guest clicking

- Change the wording of your listing as guests tend not to read!

- So much more

Again, my website is AnalyzeMyAirbnb.com/buy. I do this for a living and all my hosts are satisfied with my analysis as I bring up some really unique persepctives and improvements. If not, I offer a full refund. I'm happy to offer you a $50 discount (offer valid for next 7 days).
