I declined a reservation but want to now accept it

Hi all

I declined a reservation as my home was going to be undergoing renovations but I've managed to change the timing of the renovations. My guest wishes to book but he is saying he cant. Airbnb wont allow him to book. The dates are still open on my calendar, not blocked. Can anyone help please?

Hello @Vickie20. If the dates are open, the duration of the requested stay is according to your settings, we will not help you here. It might be a technical glitch, so the guest had to contact Airbnb Customer Service.
