I took a booking in November from a couple for July next year. At Christmas we made the decision to remove the splash pool from our accommodation. They then decided to cancel their booking which was fine and I quite understood. I'm concerned that they are out of pocket and would like to reimburse them their commission through the site. How can I do that? I've tried the resolution centre but it leads me nowhere. It's a simple transaction which I am quite happy with.
