I need help looking for a reliable primary cleaning service and a back up cleaning service. Our current Airbnb unit is booked about 90% of the time.
Our current unit upstairs is a 3 bed 2 bath with a small room with a crib.. It sleeps 6.
Our current cleaner starts at about 11 – 11.30 and is usually done by 2-2.30. She charges us a flat fee Some cleanings are an hour and some are 3. It just depends on the number of guests booking. Most cleaning crews want to charge by the hour and that can exceed my rate charged with the booking.
She does this by herself and does an excellent job. She has had to relocate for family reasons and we are sad to see her go.
The guests usually start the washing machine and by the time she is finished cleaning the laundry is done and ready to be put away.
We are adding a downstairs unit with the next few weeks and that is a 2 bed 2 bath with a sleeper sofa.
We intend to add a laundry in the garage of this unit to accommodate our other 4 units that do not have an onsite laundry.
Our other units are 1 bedroom 1 bathroom units located in St Pete Beach and this should all be operational by October.
