How long should I wait for response?

Hello there,

my name is Sarah(host) I like to follow rule of city that  my property located, regarding this matter i had questions from support team and since 3 hours ago I haven’t received any reply to my email, normally I get right away reply, but NOT on this time!, how long more should I wait?

@Sarah1654 Up to 24-48 hours normally. I had got responses in less than half an hour. And I had got response near 48 hours. But it is very common to have responses around 24 hours.
