If New Orleans permit is denied

Im in New Orleans if my permit is denied will Airbnb stop me from posting my ad

i have the same Q and can't get anybody on the phone at Airbnb to answer the question.

My permit renewal hasn't been denied but it has been pending for 4 weeks.  

And yesterday the N.O. City Council passed a law prohibiting all Airbnb permits for 9 months.  So effectively I have been denied a permit.  And I need to know what my options are via Airbnb and this impasse with the City.

As of now I believe Airbnb is not sharing listing locations with the city.  In the recent past they had made an agreement with the city to share and promote legal hosting but now that the city has walked away from that agreement Airbnb has also stopped sharing Home locations.
