Instant bookings and quotes on Trip adviser

Hi everyone and this is my first message here, I have been hosting for many years with Holiday Lettings now part of Trip adviser and now with airbnb for about 3 years. So. My calanders are synchronised but; and here is my problem. If I send out a quote via trip adviser its locked for just over 24 hours for that person to book, I can not cancel the quote. I therefor have to turn off instant book for the apartment on airbnb during this time as if an instant booking comes in and the quote is activated; boom; double booking. The calendar syncing does not sync all the time, I was told just twice a day. Any thoughts if this issue can be sorted out?
