Invoices for accountant

Sorry if this is covered already.  I tried to go through all the invoice threads....

I am in Macedonia and the accounting here is perhaps unusual.  As soon as income comes in to my foreign currency account the bank contacts me to ask 1) what invoice number should they attach to this income? and 2) if I would like the money moved into my local currency account.  

To the best of my knowledge we do not do VAT but I do need an invoice for each income.  Do I simply generate my own invoices? Or does Airbnb do this?  And if so - how do I find this information?  I am still in the setup stages of the account - so perhaps it will be more clear as I enter the last details.

All the transaction will be in your history and each one has a reference number, how you wish to account for them is something best discussed with your Accountant.
