Las Vegas Strip AirBnB

Hi All,

I'm looking for some advice/help. As rules and regulations are strict in the city of Las Vegas in regards to AirBnB, I noticed multiple listings on airBnB located on the las vegas strip. Hosts are renting out rooms from hotels. Certian hotels on the strip allow purchasing condo's on their property. I called one of the hotels to ensure its legal and are ok with it, and they are 100% fine with it. Does anyone have guidance/experience on this? Ideally what i would like to do is purchase a condo on this strip and rent it out on AirBnB. 

Any advice would be highly appreciated!

@Kam15 Before you buy the condo get that information in writing from the property owners stating you can sublease or rent to transients on Airbnb. Also find out your tax liability.

Make sure you are clear on short and long term rental tax obligations.

I am an agent and currently dealing with this for a client now. What I will say is that we’re digging deep into the fine print and working with HOA because there are regulations but there are also other methods. If you want I could assist you too
