Minimum Stay Keeps Dropping Down to 3 Nights Instead of 4

Our minimum stay is 4 nights. A few months ago, during a slow period, I switched it down to 3 nights, but quickly moved it back to 4. Ever since then, the system keeps dropping it back down to a 3-night minimum. I have messaged and called Customer Service at least 6 different times and everytime either they or I move it to 4 again and  they promise to keep an eye on it. Then within 24-hours it's back down to a 3-night minimum. It's either a glitch or they really don't want us to have a 4-night minimum so they are just messing with us! At this point I honestly don't know and their customer service is a bit of a joke.

 

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on how to get a permanent fix?

Hello @Elisabeth395 ,

I see it is now having a min. stay of 4 nights. But maybe you updated it recently...

Is it only set in the trip lenght section, so no additional rule sets or custom settings for minimum stay in certain periods ?

You could try to use a desktop /laptop with another browser to see if it solves the problem.
