More guests staying than booked

I had back and forth with guest prior to booking and assumed the booking was for him and wife, apt was booked for 2. Guest showed up with 3 additional people which were not disclosed. Apt is booked for another 9 evenings and booking guest is brand new to airbnb(no reviews), how should i proceed?

Requedst the money for additional people, @Shawn85 - make sure you write it also in the message system. Also get in touch with Airbnb - use Twitter or the form: https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us#/. And finally, do include this fact in your review for the guest(s). Aw, and request the information about the guests' IDs even before you contact Airbnb (to have a proof).
