My guest wants to leave a review but missed the deadline

My guest booked our Airbnb spot for her videographer the weekend of her wedding. She then left for her honeymoon. By the time she returned home, the 14 days had passed to leave a review.
Is there a way to fix this so she can review our stay. The videographer sent her a nice email regarding their stay with us.
...er.....no. She missed the 14 day period so cannot now leave a review. What on earth could she have been doing on her honeymoon 😉 Surely her first priority was not her new husband but her AirBnB review. Tsk, some people!
We have had the same - it's a real pain when people are travelling - two weeks is really not enough of a window. However Airbnb think it is - but that's not reality
Here I am, a recent guest of a beautiful apartment in Paris, trying to find out how to leave a review as the period has ended for me to write.. Like many others, I was travelling on afterwards then straight back to work- needing more than the alotted time to review!
