I have made numerous phone calls to Airbnb who have continued to tell me "they have passed it onto a specialist" . How is this helpful??? I have to call them to continue to wait for repsonses. They finally sent us a receipt showing they put funds in our account but the numbers looked wrong and we mentioned that to them. You have no way to view the account numbers you have put in once you have submitted them so i cant check if it was my doing or theirs! Regardless money isn't there and thus shouldnt be anywhere..... can't put money in someones accoutn under my name ....
i was told to call my bank which i have called 4 times this month. This money was due to me a month ago. It is alot of work to host people in your home and make sure it is suitable for their needs and clean etc! Airbnb have now said it is our fault and we don't get paid out at all..... how does that make any sense? they get to keep all my funds??? I have done eveyrhting to ensure this issue is fixed and rectified. I have called them and done eveyrthing i could but they get to keep my funds from my hosting?
