Problem with collecting my money

Hello!

I have a problem to take my money from Airbnb to my account.  The problem is, liike guests pay by internet andthey stay and  left and I wait 30 days to get this money but I can't make it..this is my first time on aribnb. I just started renting my apartment and all was great.  Guests were very  nice and happy and now when I want take my money what I earned I can't. Can please someone explain me how this works and what I need to do?  Also when I try to put my adress in the procedure what you need to fill in  all the time is marked that is incorrect but this is mine only adress. Not sure what to do.
